Backed by both venture capital and the crowd

FOR THE PAST 80 YEARS, ONLY THE WEALTHIEST 2% OF AMERICANS HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO INVEST IN STARTUPS IN THE US.

In 2012, as part of the JOBS Act, the SEC voted into law a section called Regulation A+ which allows anyone to invest in startups and grants individuals the chance to support and hold stake in the companies they believe in.

DSTLD became the first-ever fashion brand to raise money through Reg A+ funding in 2016, and recently completed its third financing campaign in January 2019. Cumulatively, DBG has raised over $7.8 million via equity crowdfunding from more than 4,600 investors (customers and the public).

We have seen first-hand how powerful it is to raise funds from those who wear, buy, and love our products, and we believe in this path to growth.
